"Another part that I really like about that was the ability to assign an owner, right? So it's not going to be Sally from HR or Bob from accounting that have to go off and to procure this or fire this up from even third-party services providing these different agents, not just Microsoft ones. But if they happen to move on to a new role, but the agent is still being used by other colleagues or other people inside the office, you can have an owner person or distribution group that's used to be able to make sure that you know that one throat to choke in case something goes wrong."
