Their illegal actions have been causing trouble here in Portland since they started. Across the street is McCall Terminals. They just requested a conference with the city to discuss expanding their dangerous rail infrastructure. Another tank farm owner, Northwest Natural Gas, they want to be accepted from all city regulations. And the Port of Portland, they want to expand storage of jet fuel in these dangerous tanks. Not safe enough for Portland. We can and must do better."
