The "Slavneft-YANOS" oil refinery in Yaroslavl was attacked last night. It is one of Russia’s five largest oil refineries, with a capacity of around 15 million tonnes of crude oil per year. Local authorities closed the road near the refinery but made no mention of any damage to the facility.
