"And that's something which is so important because a PIM without integrations doesn't function. So is the implementation partner of the PIM also an integrator or not? If not, who is going to do the integration? Is this your internal IT department or is this an external IT provider? So that's also an important part. So it's a complex puzzle of fitting together all kinds of companies and all kinds of people who need to work on this project. It needs to be governed very, very, very good. And that's a really important point as well around the integrations are how many are out of the box, as in, do they already have pre-built connectors? Have they done it before? But also, as you say, are there things that you're going to have to build? But again, we all know that people will swap certain things. They may change their CMS. They may change, hopefully they won't change, they may be going through an ELP transformation, a whole nother topic. So it's making sure that it's not just for now, but if you know you're going to be swapping to something in a year or two years, that they have that ability to make sure that that's a smooth transition as well."
