Bright flashes in the sky and another three big explosions in Kyiv (plus at least one more further off, not on video.) Time between flashes and bangs about five seconds, so blasts only about 1.7 km or just over a mile from me.

S-400 is Russian Patriot analog for air defense, but its missiles can be used in ground-attack mode (though they are inaccurate when used this way.)</p>
