"I'm Sydney and Culpepper in Syracuse, New York today. You can see there's some heavy construction ongoing at phones, lines, and streets. People are frustrated that they cannot do the way that they want to. Construction has been underway for about a year. They're filling potholes, sewage, drainage, that kind of thing. It'll be ongoing for about another year. It is part of a big process here in Syracuse.
