"The mold is started from upstairs and then went downstairs. I believe his floor was falling in for the one downstairs and then their wall was like caving in on the bottom floor. He pretty much had to leave his apartment because he could not breathe. Took him like this more than a month to get here to actually do anything about it and then he and during that meantime he moved out and went across the street. And now they're working on it and it's taking them a month, but I don't do not even finish on what the hell they're doing. So the reason why there's mold is because they have the air conditioners that have no drainage. They didn't put a drainage in. We have them in the wall. So the drainage should be going out instead of going in the wall. It should be draining outside. They didn't put tubes or anything for that to go out. When they put it in, that should have been something that maintenance should have known how to do so that the drainage needs to go out instead of into the wall. They didn't do that."
