I'm not going to argue the numbers, but the overall complaint, like for instance, for anybody who's never visited New York City before, if you fly in your options or JFK in LaGuardia, Newark if you're nasty, but for the most part, those are the two options. When you fly into those airports, the first thing you're going to see is nothing in that place is operable. Everything's broken and hobos, just homeless people as far as the eye can see."
