"These brands are very well aware of the value that the doctors bring. My job is to, I don't wanna say play bad cop, but it is to create a sense of reasonableness to the process and help them understand it so that if a doctor is presented with an offer, like you say, you show up at a conference and they're being asked to do something for $1,500 a day. And I'm like, we talk through it and we talk about, does this really make sense? And those companies will dangle a lot of carrots in front of that talent. I have seen talent accept deals based on those carrots than what is real. The idea of what could be versus what is, right? So we negotiate and what is being presented? What is the offer? What is being asked of you? How are they gonna use your image? And what is that opportunity cost for you? Because if it's just a wash, does it make sense for them to do it? I don't know."
