July reading starts with honesty. A few books came with me from June—and I'm excited to finally give them the time they deserve. My 131-book reading challenge continues, one great story at a time. What's at the top of your July TBR? #BookSky #JulyTBR #ReadingChallenge #BookRecommendations
"My July TBR. I'm currently reading How to Fake It in Society. It's good, but I also feel like I'm reading a required reading for school. It's just like the old timey language. I think I'm struggling with it. I also just started The Divorce by Frieda McFadden. Anytime I'm in a slump, I read one of her books and I think this one won't get me out of it. We can only hope. Romance books also always get me out of a slump, so I think I'm going to read these too. Meet Me at the Lake was on my June TBR and I did not get to it and maybe I'll get to it in July. And then I've been trying to get through all the books on my physical TBR and Check and Mate seems like it'd be a fun summary book. Goodreads gives you quarterly prompts that have books within those that you can choose to read and I try to win them all because everything's a competition to me I guess. I don't know which prompt Honey is under, but I went through all the prompts and chose the books off of my physical TBR and so here we are. I want to read Honey. I also know nothing about this book at all, so it'll be interesting. I have a few books downloaded on Hoopla, so hopefully I can get to them before they expire. Girls Like Girls, I didn't even know this was a TV show or a movie, so I have to read it and then watch the TV show or movie. I also have Paper Dolls downloaded. I had this downloaded for my road trip and just didn't get to it. I always love throwing in a memoir in there. I'm not going to get too ambitious because I did not read that much in June, but let me know if there's any other books I should add for July and I will see you guys later."
