The development that's going on in Summer County, we need to kind of figure out how do we rail that in so that we, the citizens, benefit and not the developers. Yes. There's not enough. Not private equity, not corporations. Nobody's doing studies. No one's thinking about traffic flow, erosion, runoff. And that's going to ruin us. I mean, nothing can sustain in that habitat. So we need to slow it down. We need to make sure we're strategically growing, that it will continue for years. Yeah."
