"So here's the artwork, my dissertation research because I worked with ethnography and plastering. That's mine. I was about to do ethnography and I didn't get enough literature to do ethnography in mathematics education and my advisor was like, So I did, it looked like, Which I could do more. Well, but I read so many, I mean, So when I was turning on my dissertation, there was an appointment time when using ethnography in the classroom was a really big deal. So a lot of this stuff, I believe, was being treated at that time. So they're definitely going to try you and they're definitely going to test you. There are a number of things they're interested in. But once you establish those guidelines, and seniors you can kind of use graduation as one of them. Rich, if you had to. I hate to say you can do that, but sometimes when you're not going to pull in here, baby, you ain't got to do it. Do you plan on walking in May? Then you need to get it together. But I'll say there's all these methods and all these strategies and nothing in a book for grammar for teaching. Just getting in there and just add an amazing mentor teacher. She was great. Amazing cooperative teacher. So really build that relationship."
