"count and I'm pretty confident we can. Right, so in terms you are backing Andy Burnham, you've abandoned your leadership bid, your nascent leadership bid. The nascent leadership bid, which was all about debate, it was all about pushing those ideas into the system and making sure that the 2024 MPs, but also the rest of the MPs get listened to, contribute to the debate and make sure we're stronger together going forward. Allow me a moment of cynicism, did you just not get the numbers? Yeah, so this is the case and interesting if you speak to any MPs out there, you know, have I been phoning people up and trying to get them onto the Al-Khan's ticket? Absolutely not. What I have been, I've had over a hundred MPs come to me and say, hey listen, we need to have this debate, we need to talk about the vision for the country, the end state that we need to get to and importantly the plan to get there and I think that's critical as we move forward. So that debate is still live and I'm pretty sure we'll be seeing more from the Burnham team as we move forward over the next two weeks."
