"Tell me what an amazing leader you are on this show, you know not your leader Dearly that what it is. I think of being number one on the call She's just being sort of a department head I try to be an open door resource to them None of them ever need anything from me. None of them ever knock on that door, but I make myself available nonetheless Truly he is an incredible incredible set leader mentor After I would go on my days off and just watch and be so entertained like oh, oh taking notes constantly He's just One of a kind. It's incredible. You're watching master I mean the experience that he's had acting throughout his career and just the advice he gives you as a Postman artist and as a person, you know, I became a new father during the first season So I got some great, you know tidbits of mentorship on how to navigate that time And so also working while also working. Yeah, I mean between takes you got to steal as much information as you can So it's been it's been great to both learn as an artist as well as a person navigating the space in this industry Well, he's just one of the team, you know, he's just you know in between takes He's just with us chilling out talking And really enjoys his job and enjoys everyone. I have my character and his character have a special bond So it was great to play with him Just really he's kind of he's kind of dr. Robbie Don't tell him I told you that a good thing or a bad thing. He's really caring and really nice and just great And kind of like in the trenches, right? Yeah, we're all in the trenches I mean, it's it's one a blessing and to such a great teacher and leader But um, I've learned so much just from watching him I think as leaders it's just the way he leads and like he actually walks in what he says and how he is and very very gracious with people and Patient and he gave me a little nugget if I'll say yeah He gave me he told me I was talking to him about some things creatively And he said the one thing to make sure you kind of have a longevity in this career So never look at acting as a golf ball that you hold so tight Creativity is a golf ball. It's like the subsection of it all and so you can find your creativity in anywhere and anywhere It doesn't have to be acting and so he's like if you hold on to that That's him as a leader It's like he takes time to let you know like they cares he's there He's the leader that you want to be bossed by yeah, you know and by boss Noah Wiley bossing is him leading by example. I mean truly He leads by example He's he lets you know that he's there for any questions, but he also lets us learn on our own He's never like let me show you how to do that Never until you ask it because you know, he wants us to learn on our own pace"
