"I don't like it. I'm mad at this job posting. I don't know. I think that, you know, the title, there's a mismatch with the job title and the title in the job posting itself. When it says the reporting structure, it just says you report to your manager. Like, what does that even mean? There's nothing that sells this job to the candidate. I'm so tired of it just being like, yes, yes, you've got an employment contract and you do your job and you get the pay, but like, what about your organization is there that makes me want to work there? And more and more, we're seeing people, especially with younger generations, being drawn to mission driven organizations, right? Like you want to feel good about working"
