"the communications that are flowing around that are impacting our citizens are still going to present these kinds of challenging bits of mis and disinformation amping up the risk and we now have significantly fewer trained experts to actually do that communication so if we want to look at what can we do to address these problems we need to reinforce these trusted messengers these veteran election officials and veteran poll workers with the tools that they need with the capacity to actually effectively communicate to address these kinds of challenges"
