"Bring it in, let's go. Here we go, work on three, one, two, three. Good, just two of them here, just two of them here. Then we'll add another wrinkle. Good, aggressive every one, max effort every single one. Your aggressive snap down, aggressive lift off, nothing changes, I just rotate as I jump. Good job, good job. Same rules apply, try and keep your hips up when you land. Yep, get all the way on that box, land as soft as you can. All right, next one. We're gonna face this way and then we're gonna do a complete 180 to get it, no we're not. I have to go from this angle to then dropping my hips and chopping my feet to create a wide base to stop, okay? So we're throwing on the brakes. Take off, try and, ooh, see? Now play around with it. Yeah, good. Essentially we're gonna take a couple steps and then you're gonna stop and push this ball out. If you're gonna plant and make a cut, like a back door cut, if you're gonna do a step back, something like that. That's the same sort of plane of motion that we're training. Main thing is I need to see you guys have a full range of motion no matter what weight is on your back. Move down, big drive out, good job. Get a good pause from the top, nice and smooth. Bouncy, like there's a mini trampoline, mini trampoline in between each one. This is a better analogy like a deer. Like you see a deer running through a meadow. We're in a really, really good spot, okay? It's still early in the summer, but again, our foundation that we already have and that we came in here with is pretty strong. We just gotta keep building on top of that. Let's go cats on three. One, two, three. Cats."
