According to prosecutors, investigators recovered a rifle wrapped in a towel near campus. Robinson turned himself in the next day. DNA consistent with defendant was found on the trigger, other parts of the rifle. Prosecutors are expected to share that evidence again this week. They also allege Robinson confessed to his roommate with a note saying, quote, I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I'm going to take it. I think it's very likely that there is enough there for the prosecution to convince a judge that there is probable cause that Robinson committed these crimes. Charlie Kirk's parents and his widow, Erica Kirk, are expected to attend the week-long hearing. Tyler Robinson has not yet entered a plea."
