"I think this is the indisputed game of the tournament and story of the tournament so far as we've outlined. Sydney Levis Cabal with one of the great all-time World Cup goals there. For me, this was obviously an unbelievable game, very inspirational stuff. Going into this as soccer fans, we're expecting perhaps this to be the biggest talent gap of the knockout rounds, maybe even of the tournament. But what a performance Cape Verde put up here. Unbelievable. Yeah, I mean, they were brilliant in this game yet again. Were they the better team probably in the run of play? No, right? They absolutely had moments and they had every moment that they needed to have up until the last goal finds the back of the net for Argentina and it's 3-2 in the second period of extra time. I was in disbelief watching this game, truly. Not because we haven't seen Cape Verde put in good showings against talented teams. It's the fact that they were able to throw punches. But when you get some magic in extra time, it changes everything. And this game was changed over and over and over again. You have Vosenia making big save after big save. There's a one-on-one with Messi. I mean, he was brilliant in this game. You had the fact that Cape Verde came back from a one-goal deficit, not once, but twice. I didn't think they were gonna do it once. Forget twice. I mean, this was just one memorable moment after another. Yeah, just the most incredible game, the most memorable game of this World Cup so far by a mile, I think. Not even close. And for a lot of the match, it was on course to be the biggest upset in World Cup history. Argentina were close to going home here as the defending champions. And, you know, Cape Verde, yes, they have some tournament pedigree, but this is still a country that has a population of 500,000 people. You know, it's like the population of Kansas City compared to 45 million people with Argentina, and this is their first ever World Cup. And it really was on. When that second Cape Verde equalizer went in, you could see the fear in the faces of the Argentinian players, and certainly in the fans. Cape Verde were very competitive in this game. It wasn't like they spent 120 minutes defending their own box. And before they scored the first equalizer, you could actually sense something was coming. Cape Verde, they grew into the game, and by the time we got to extra time, they were well and truly in the match. They showed so much to their game, and they were so, so close to pulling this off."
