My whole career started with a chat on a train. A mate told me he tested games for Microsoft. So you just play all day? Pretty much, he said. Six months later I was in, testing at Sega. Funny how the biggest doors open from the smallest moments, right.
"At some point, while I was grinding hard, I met a friend, a food friend of mine that actually on the train. So we met and then he told me that he's working as a QA and I'm like, what is that quality assurance in games? And it was for Microsoft. And to me, it was like, so we just play games all day. He was like, yeah, you just play games. And then one thing like to another, and then I actually ended up doing it for a good six months. It was my first like taste of the industry, which to me was forever thankful, because without that, I wouldn't be where I am here. So then I actually moved to another QA job. This one was full time now at Sega testing a bunch of games such as warm sports and like outrun and total war and I actually was a QA tester. I'm the first football manager that ever came out. I still have a disc here at home, one of the master discs. So yeah, it was really incredible and I really enjoy the experience."
