"Back with another quick workout. This is my shoulders and triceps day workout. I kicked everything off with the overhead press and the behind the neck presses. Just working up to my top sets, which I kind of feel most of these are my warmups here. I just worked up to 255, I believe, in just my overhead press. From there, I moved on to the dumbbell lateral raises, followed by the dumbbell rear delt flies, then did a plate raise, front raise, front delt raise, then I moved to the overhead tricep extensions, followed by the tricep push-downs, all with the cable, then finish off with the stair master and then the elliptical. This pretty much sums up my shoulder and tricep day workout. Bass."
