Several Allies are committed to working together to acquire, store, transport and manage stockpiles of defence critical materials, components and recycled products. This project demonstrates Allies' strong belief in a cooperative approach as the best way to increase security. Drones have fundamentally altered our building robust counter drone defences to detect, identify and neutralise drones. That's how we protect our 1 billion people against the full range of drone threats. And today we are launching the NATO Drone Edge initiative. Through this initiative, Allies are investing over 40 billion dollars in counter drone capabilities over the next five years. I'm proud to announce a major initiative to secure, scale and modernise the supply chain of one of the world's most critical air combat and air defence munitions, the AMRAAM. By pooling our collective industrial strengths, we are actively expanding the global AMRAAM supply base, accelerating production and ensuring our warfighters remain prepared to meet the realities of the modern threat landscape. Through this initiative, Allied nations are bringing their own industrial muscle to the table.
