Russia has paid a very heavy price for this war. The Russian people have paid a heavy price in terms of their economy and the shortages on energy. Putin appears to be in a much weaker position than he's been in the past. This would be the opportunity to basically put pressure on Russia to negotiate an end to the war. This is the moment in time, and I hope that they take advantage of the opportunity that we have now to finally, finally bring this war to an end."
