"Yo! Barbecue lovers and music fans are gearing up for the ultimate summer weekend as the legendary Anglesea Blues Festival and the New Jersey State Barbecue Championship return. From July 10th through the 12th, beautiful seaside North Wildwood, New Jersey is transforming into a paradise of smoke and hot blues and lip-smacking barbecue. Festival-goers can expect three action-packed days filled with live cooking demonstration, incredible food, top national regional blues musicians performing live on a completely free outdoor main stage as well as in local clubs and pubs around the North Wildwood Entertainment District. But the music is only half the attraction. Top barbecue teams from across the nation are facing off in an epic competition officially judged by the Kansas City Barbecue Society. They will be showcasing their master-girl skills to win titles in ribs, chicken, brisket, and pulled pork with the ultimate grand champion, earning an exclusive invite to the American Royal World Championship. Tendies can indulge in mouth-watering food while soaking in the best blues music on the Jersey Shore.
