"the suspect's description or possibly a bunch of teenagers around 16 years of age. This all went down in West Houston Monday night just before 10. Police say that a woman and her son were at their home on Briar Terrace Drive when a group of teens showed up threatening to shoot up their house. As police were on their way, gunshots started going off in the neighborhood. Their house wasn't hit. But moments later, a man in his fifties was found at a gas station on Will Creston Belair shot in the leg multiple times. Police say he was just riding his scooter when it all happened and somehow made it a couple blocks away to get help. He is in stable condition now, but no one knows why he was shot. I'm not exactly sure why he was shot on that scene, and he doesn't know either. The shooting happened just hours after community leaders met across town to prevent teen gun violence incidents like this. But we need to start reaching those parents and holding them accountable, teaching them how to hold their Children accountable. Police are still looking for those teen suspects involved in this latest shooting."
