"海泥就是一道海去討生活就是海泥啊 對不對 無論你會遷水還是不會遷水都是一樣的 這平道很平啦 可是還算可以啦 蜥蜴菜都花在那個大石頭的旁邊 假如說很平就沒有關係 有時候有一些浪比較大的 你看到有些浪比較大 你就稍微油開一點 不要讓它打上去 打上去就會受傷 白白的一片 這個就沒有那麼方便 最辛苦就是要把蜥蜴菜扛回來的時間 再拔的時候不會 要扛回來那個一袋有時候 四五十斤 有時候很大袋 你要從這邊拿上去根本拿不上 曬洗曬洗這樣要六到七次才變成金黃色的 那洗水的變 水洗下去是白的啦 可是你曬乾就是金黃色的 那才可以做那個蜥蜴菜 我們大概都七十幾了嘛 在座也沒有幾年了 希望有一些年輕人回來傳承下去 因為這個是從日本時代就是都有的 很久以前都有的"
