"This is a systemic problem. They use residents because of course it's an academic medical center. This is where all the research comes from. So all the stuff on procedures is done on residents. Okay. And residents have that few iterations of these procedures. They don't have the experience and you can't generalize it to people like yourselves who may be very experienced with airway management, but do a laryngoscopy. They didn't really use it. Half of them were doing DL bro. They didn't look up at the screen. It's just a regular laryngoscope then look at the fricking screen. It's going to improve your view by one to two grades on average. So all those dudes who botched in the no bushy group, if they looked up at the screen, they almost certainly would have gotten the two of it."
