"100 years ago, organic food was just food, grass-fed beef was just beef, raw milk was just milk, dieting was just eating, sugar was just fruit, filtered water was just water, and baby food was just breast milk. Fast forward to today and there are over 10,000 chemicals in our food. 90% of what's in a grocery store didn't even exist 90 years ago. Is it me or is it fucking insane that we have to pay more to avoid poison in our food? It's time we make food, food again."
