"Hi everybody, back for my weekly update. So I just got back from about a two-week vacation where I spent in the Midwest visiting friends and family, most of whom I had not seen in many, many years. So that was a lot of fun. But now that I'm back, I'm going to get jumping right into things. I am starting to finalize the internal design for my book so that I can figure out exactly how many pages it is so that when my cover artist gets started next month she will know how big to make the cover or more specifically the spine to indicate so it'll fit all of those pages. I've also started scouring through all of the bookstagrammers that I'm following on Instagram, which is a lot. Looking at people who I think are going to be a good fit for me to pitch my ARCs to. So I've got it narrowed down to about 112 out of the 1900 that I am following and I'm going to spend the next couple weeks really diving back into their profiles, learning a little bit more about them just to make sure that they are a good match and kind of introducing myself, engaging with their posts so that hopefully I won't be a complete stranger when I end up asking them. So that's what I'm going to be doing the next couple of weeks is really just focusing on the design and sort of my social media engagement. I am going to be posting some stuff later this week, one of my favorite quotes that I have written from the book and then in the next few weeks I will be sharing character art of all of my main characters. So that's super exciting as well and I just wanted to leave you with one more thing. My husband got me this most amazing gift and I just needed to share it with you. This is, any of my Cotor girlies will know that this is Rhysand. He's so cute and he even has sparkly wings. Anyhow, so that's all I've got for now. I'll give you another update next week."
