"It works by walking in the door, first and foremost, and coming in just to hang out, check out the vibe, see if there's any groups or activities going on, going up, making yourself appointed at the counter, get some food and beverage, and if you want to play any of the 1,000 games in the library, you just pay $10, you can play as many games as you want and return them and just keep playing.
