Wondering how our board game cafe works? Where the bathrooms are? How parking is? Or just where the garbage receptacles are? Here's a report on frequently asked questions by members of our Board Game Club from the table by our front door.
"It works by walking in the door, first and foremost, and coming in just to hang out, check out the vibe, see if there's any groups or activities going on, going up, making yourself appointed at the counter, get some food and beverage, and if you want to play any of the 1,000 games in the library, you just pay $10, you can play as many games as you want and return them and just keep playing. Oh yeah, they're like, located all the way back there, two of them, you know, you can use them anytime. There's plenty, wherever parking is available, we got the street parking right here, and then we got, a lot of us like, park down in the whole of Iowa over by the roadside Parking is limited from until 8 p.m. every day, so it's not like we're on a trip. Where are the garbages? There's garbage right by the door, there's recycling, there's a place to put your cans, there's no garbage in the game stuff, unless you decide you don't like it and then you can take something different. There is another one behind the door. Okay, so I guess there's another garbage somewhere back there I'm not aware of. You can always discover something."
