"I think it is a great initiative. You carve out these five days where you do this intense dive into a specific set of methods. And again, you meet a lot of like-minded people. And I love to interact with students. Students are very engaged. They seem to be interested. They ask a lot of questions. And figuring things out together is really my favorite part. And there's just a lot of it. So it's very nice."
