"Someone on social media said how do you stop doubting yourself when building your own projects solo? And I thought about it for a brief second and then replied even though I wasn't asked directly This is how social media works. I said focus on the goal not the roadblocks I think that's what trips up a lot of people, you know You get so far and then you hit a stumbling block and then you stop and you don't see it all the way through But if your overarching goal is to build something to do something focus on the outcome Figure your way around those roadblocks Or if you will it's like you want to compose a song on a piano that has broken keys Play around the broken keys. You can still make music You know, you don't have to do it the same way somebody else does to make it successful because Success is relative. I hate to say it and success is not defined by other people's defined by you you determine whether or not you're successful"
