"My name is Lucas. My name is Sung. So events like this are important, because it showcases that Native American culture in the US isn't something relegated to history books. This is alive, and it's still happening. This isn't just a Ken Burns documentary, and we all just sit quietly and think about the bygone days. But it's something that is here in front of us, and we need to recognize that they are still part of our community, and we're still part of their community, I think just so many reasons, some of which being community, and just our connection to the land and the life it gives us."
