I have been informed by some very crafty friends that this cow is not entirely legit because they used a support structure instead of pure butter.

But the Minnesota State Fair has dairy princesses carved out of 90 lbs blocks of butter and they carve it live at the fair in a giant refrigerated case in the Dairy Building.&lt;/p&gt;
