"there was certainly for me there was this obstacle before the Spark Awards where I was having a really hard time explaining why my idea was important and why it was super necessary for people to invest in it and Big Change took a chance on me and they saw the vision in a way that others didn't and I think it's because they work with young people in such an intentional way so they saw the vision when maybe I wasn't able to articulate it as well as I would have liked and I think that's wonderful."
