Yes!!! Absolutely! I started skating when I was 10. Took a very long break when i was 23. I couldnt stay away. 8 years later... Picked it back up and i love it. Skating can be as casual or extreme as you want. As long as you are having fun, go skate!! This one is my trick i call a Spyder-flip
