Afterwards, I met/took a lesson with a master phin musician from Roi Et, Kam Mao. I haven’t played phin boran too much (I learned on the electric), and it’s hard when you add chords. The rhythms and melodies aren’t too hard, but if you mess up the intonation you get in trouble.
