"Rashad White strikes me as the highest floor and highest ceiling option in this fairly ambiguous backfield. Highest floor because he is the one guy that I am extremely confident in saying is actually a top 10 option of the position in some facet of playing running back. He is a legitimately value-adding pass protector, one of the better pass protecting running backs in the NFL and also has legit juice as a route runner in the screen game, in this receiving game generally. So even though there are other guys in this backfield, I just think on pure merit, anywhere Rashad White goes, he's gonna lock down third and 10s, two-minute drill, comeback mode because he's legitimately very good at it. Yes, Rashad White is not lighting the world on fire as a runner, but if they don't fully trust JCM, if they don't fully trust Katron, they might just look at White and say, hey, at the very least, we can run our entire playbook anytime you're out there."
