"A Belgian diamond group that got tariff relief gave Donald Trump as a gift this massive watch sized ring, according to the Associated Press. The president of Antwerp World Diamond Center presented this gift to the American president, to the U.S. ambassador to Belgium, Bill White. Trump, in response, thanked and accepted the gift, which experts say may have violated ethics laws, saying, quote, A very special thank you to my friends from Antwerp for the magnificent Freedom 250 ring. The ring's value? Anywhere from $25,000 to $35,000. 321 diamonds, 56 sapphires, 13 emeralds, and six rubies. Trump got this ring months after Trump gave the diamond industry tariff relief, specifically the Belgian diamond industry.
