"Oh, another adjustment we made, and this is mainly for the online that's coming, we reduced the maximum amount of damage you can do to someone in one hit. So what I didn't realize is that you could actually hit somebody for over a hundred percent of their health. So the cars all have weak points around their wheels. So in the wheel wells, so I hit his back bumper so I didn't do as much damage. But if I hit him right on where his rear or front wheels are, you do like a hundred and fifty percent of the damage you would normally do. It's tough. I did hit it there, but that was just a dinky hit that didn't matter."
