"Culture isn't accidental. If you don't intentionally build culture, one's gonna develop and it might not be the one that you want. So definitely take stake into doing your culture piece. And as you set that up, involve people in that. What do we wanna be? What do we want it to look like? And what can we put in place to keep it moving forward? And I think the last one that I think is super important is small wins matter. Celebrate progress consistently because if you don't celebrate the little things, you never get to the big one. And I think those are some that we've kind of lived by the first couple years."
