"targeted T cell redirecting therapies, you know, are making a big splash here. So the Majestic 9 study, this is a study that addresses the issue of what do you do when a patient, you know, has disease that's CD38 antibody refractory. So the patients that were enrolled in the Majestic 9, you know, had disease that largely was refractory to lenalidomide, but also to CD38 antibodies as well. You can imagine a patient who's progressing on Maya type therapy or Cepheus type therapy or M-Rose type therapy and, you know, Majestic 3, you know, and Monumental 3 use DERA based combination. So that doesn't really apply to this patient population. So Majestic 9 looked at Toclystomab versus standard of care in that patient population and there too again, we see a clear improvement in progression free survival and overall survival in favor of Toclystomab. So, you know, I think that that represents a wonderful option for patients who are not only lenalidomide refractory, but CD38 antibody refractory as well."
