"From Ukraine to Holy Island, I've been in Kyiv all week in my role as UK Special Envoy for Freedom of Religion on the Leaf. And when I was there, I visited the Kyiv Church of Lavra, one of the holiest sites in Eastern Orthodox Christianity, a monastery that was struck a couple of weeks ago by a Russian missile. And today I'm standing on the site of another famous place of faith with a monastery or where a monastery was over my shoulder. What I've learned this week is that no matter what invaders do, faith, hope and love went out in the end."
