"We are in Philadelphia at the Rocky Steps, trying out two different cheesesteaks. We got Skinny Joey's right here. This is what people consider a modern cheesesteak. We have a Cooper Sharp ribeye cheesesteak. You've never seen an actual Philly cheesesteak before. Never had one, never seen one. This place has only been open for a year. I grew up doing provolone and whiz, but there's something about the Cooper Sharp American cheesesteak that's a game changer for me. This is really good. I'll say it. What do you think of the seated roll? Cause that's another one of the arguments that people have. I'm a big fan of the seated roll. I think it's good. It adds a flair. I have my rating. Okay, it's hard because I don't have like a baseline. Three, two, one. Eight, six. Nine point one. Okay. All right. The one and the only Angelo's Pizzeria on Ninth Street, not to be confused with any other Angelo's. And this is my go-to. The bread is definitely softer. Is it the same type of cheese or is it different? Same type? This is the difference maker when it comes to the chopped cheesesteak. The Angelo's bread is just the best in the city. This is a nine, six for me. It's the best cheesesteak on the planet. It's the pizza shop. They're in there making the best pizza in the city and there's some sort of crossover. I don't know if they're sharing grills for something or what. I do think this one's better. I think I'll just go like 9.0."
