"Antonio, this old laundromat was supposed to become your next late night honky tonk. So what happened? I'm Zachary Taylor-Wright with MySA.com. The old Worthington laundromat near Josephine in North Alamo was bought back in 2019. And in 2023, Nathan Hill, one of the names behind Austin spots like the White Forest, said he was bringing a new San Antonio hangout here. The plan was a late night watering hole, possibly with a food truck, in the booming River North District. Nearly a year after its expected completion date, the site still has boarded windows, blocked sidewalks, rubble, and city vines. So for now, San Antonio's Austin-style honky tonk dream is still very much under construction. So, what do we think San Antonio? Would you still wait this one out, or has this project already missed its two-step? Tell us in the comments and head to MySA.com for the full story."
