"People here are fed up. We are 48th on average for personal income growth over the last three years. We are 50th for economic growth and we are number one for cancer growth. And you just heard me tell you what they are doing with their time. They're literally passing a bill to make it harder for the state auditor to find misspent money. Iowans would tell you time to rotate the crops, but knowing you got one thing in there for too long, it's not going to be working so well anymore. And you need to have balance. And so you take it out and you put something else in instead. That's what this race is about."
