"So kind of like, how does continuity focused investing differs from traditional private equity? It's what's baked in and what we decided on and what works and what sort of differentiates us from any other private equity group. We're very patient. We never over lever. We'll patiently grow this thing. We like to see 10 or 15 top line growth, year in and year out. And after five years, you've almost doubled the business. That's where we really diverge from. It's our time horizon."
