"The other big one is if they see any type of remnants in the vehicle like paraphernalia of some sort or I mean heck even the lighter you know could start and in the state of Wisconsin it's no longer probable cause it's reasonable suspicion to believe that is a lot less of a threshold to start asking those kinds of questions and then start the procedure of field sobriety's and then doing the drug test. So it's reasonable suspicion to believe that the person is in fact doing weed or drinking under the influence."
