"So the conscious change collective has has been a process of mapping organizations specifically, more narrowly, that are integrating inner work, spirituality or contemplative practice into their social change programs. And those who are working towards systems change where the inner is essential to their core values and their theory of change, because we wanted to study that realm. And we wanted to bring together a community that is working from that orientation to be able to explore what we might be able to do together that we cannot do alone. So from the beginning, it was all it was always more than just a mapping project. It was to be building and supporting a generative field. But it's necessary, as Rufus was saying, to help the field become visible to itself. There's so many folks in this space are feeling isolated working within their particular social issue, even though they have these these common threads of shared values and methodologies, folks working in prisons versus working on climate versus working in classrooms aren't necessarily seeing that they're connected as as part of a larger field. So we have started with the process of mapping them in the conscious change collective map, which now has identified at least 400 organizations around the world that are at this intersection. And we have probably another hundred that will be added to the map within the next few weeks. From the beginning, it was critically important that the process was field led for the benefit of the field."
