"It was, I guess, continuity cop is the informal term, but it was, uh, my role was not to be the gatekeeper and sense of you can't do this because XYZ, it was more like, here's how you do this, you know, while taking into consideration everything else. So I, I'd like to think of myself as a, as an advocate, especially for the creative folks that come our way. Um, I was always looking for a way to make sure that, you know, that something that was being proposed, you know, can we do this? You know, very rarely did we come across something that, uh, that could not be done for one reason or another. And it was never about the quality of the, of the, of the offering. It was more about the show's going to do something like that or, you know, that kind of thing. Or they're not ready to tackle that part of this character's backstory just yet."
